DEPARKATRE AFFILIATE PROGRAMME TERMS
Version 2026-10-20 — draft requiring approval before activation
1. Organiser and purpose
The programme is operated by SASU DEPARKATRE, 6 chemin de Villouvettes, 91450 Étiolles, France, Évry Trade and Companies Register 100 722 057, SIRET 10072205700013, VAT FR28100722057. Contact: deparkatre@ikmail.com or the contact page on deparkatre.fr.
The programme rewards recommendations leading to eligible orders placed directly on deparkatre.fr. BrickLink, BrickOwl and other marketplace orders are excluded. Participation does not create employment, an agency relationship or guaranteed earnings. Deparkatre is an independent retailer; LEGO is a trademark of its owner, which does not operate or sponsor this programme.
2. Application and admission
Applicants must be adults with the necessary legal capacity and provide accurate information about their identity, country, legal status, channels and activity. They use their existing customer account, expressly accept the applicable version of these terms and verify their email. Every application requires administrative approval; applying and verifying an email do not constitute admission.
Accounts may be pending, active, suspended or refused. Only active accounts can generate commissions. Selecting “individual” does not authorise operating without the required legal status or receiving income outside applicable obligations. Additional information or supporting documents may be required depending on country, status and activity.
3. Tiers and rates
The currently configured general rates are Standard 3%, Partner 4% and Premium 5%. Criteria: Standard on approval; Partner and Premium by a reasoned administrative decision.
Higher tiers are neither automatic nor guaranteed. An individual rate granted by Deparkatre overrides the tier’s general rate. The applicable rate is frozen for each order when attribution is recorded. Later changes do not rewrite historical calculations; new terms and their effective date must be communicated clearly.
4. Links, consent and attribution
Affiliates use valid links and codes provided by their dashboard. The currently configured attribution model is last valid affiliate click. The attribution period is 30 days from the eligible click, with a maximum tracking-cookie duration of 30 days. Multiple orders may qualify during that period; a purchase does not extend it. Under last-click attribution, a new valid click replaces the previous attribution and may start a new period.
Tracking that requires consent starts only after the visitor agrees. Refusal, withdrawal, deletion or blocking of the cookie, expiry or a change of device/browser may prevent attribution. Fingerprinting or persistent identifiers must not be used to bypass the visitor’s choice. Withdrawal prevents new attribution; the necessary history of orders already attributed is retained. No commission is guaranteed for a visit that cannot be attributed under these rules.
5. Eligible orders and commission base
Commission applies to the whole eligible basket, not just the recommended product: physical LEGO sets, parts and minifigures sold directly by Deparkatre, except expressly configured exclusions. No exclusions are installed initially; exclusions and discounted-basket rules must be communicated before applying them to new orders.
The base is the actual product value excluding VAT after allocation of discounts and promotional codes, using the order’s real tax data. Delivery, taxes and additional fees are excluded. Calculations use exact decimals and cent rounding. Illustrative example: EUR 120 of eligible products including 20% VAT, without discounts or delivery, equals EUR 100 excluding VAT; a 5% rate earns EUR 5. Neither that VAT rate nor that commission rate applies universally.
The affiliate’s own purchases, test orders, refused or unconfirmed payments and unauthorised external events are excluded. The same order does not earn duplicate commissions.
6. Provisional commissions, validation and adjustments
Confirmed payment creates a provisional commission. Validation requires delivery checks and expiry of the applicable return period: the currently configured general delay is 30 days after delivery, with possible country-specific adjustments and regard to buyers’ rights. Missing delivery evidence requires manual review. A technical delay never reduces buyers’ legal rights.
Cancellations, full or partial refunds, returns, partial payments and disputes may lead to a hold, cancellation or adjustment calculated from the affected lines and their discounts. Changes to an order do not create entitlement to unjustified commission. After payout, a refund may create a negative adjustment against the next balance without erasing the past payout. Financial entries and their reasons are retained; affiliates may request an explanation or challenge an error with the team.
7. Payouts and supporting documents
Campaigns are currently monthly, following administrative review. The minimum threshold is EUR 30.00 in validated, available commissions, net of adjustments. Smaller balances roll forward; reaching the threshold does not guarantee an immediate transfer or a fixed bank settlement date.
Payment is by bank transfer after checking payment details, identity and the required tax or accounting documents. A proposed campaign is not a payment. Paid status is recorded only after payment confirmation; a payment record is available in the dashboard. This record does not replace an invoice when one is legally required. VAT, invoicing, any self-billing arrangement, reporting and social contributions depend on the circumstances; no single treatment is assumed for individuals, businesses or overseas affiliates. Any special arrangements must be agreed before payout. These terms do not authorise autonomous bank transfers.
8. Commercial communications and conduct
Affiliates are responsible for their content, publication rights and compliance in the relevant countries. The commercial nature of content must be immediately clear, readable and identifiable, using an appropriate disclosure such as “Advertising” or “Commercial collaboration” and an explanation of the affiliate link where necessary. Hidden or ambiguous disclosure is insufficient.
Spam, fake testimonials, misleading promises, impersonation of Deparkatre or LEGO, unauthorised use of trademarks or content, self-purchase commissions, artificial clicks, forced cookies, diversion of traffic or codes and collection of buyer data are prohibited. Paid advertising using the Deparkatre name, lookalike domain names or representation as an official website requires prior written consent. No gifts, additional sponsored content, exclusivity or intellectual-property rights are implicitly granted.
9. Checks, suspension and termination
Deparkatre may request information, investigate suspicious activity and suspend the account or affected commissions during proportionate checks. Suspicion alone does not automatically cancel all entitlements. Established fraud or a breach may lead to refusal or termination, with an explanation and opportunity to respond, subject to legal and security requirements.
Affiliates may request withdrawal through the contact page and must stop presenting links as belonging to an active participant after termination. Legitimately earned balances, adjustments and outstanding documents are reviewed on closure; leaving must not be interpreted as automatic forfeiture of a balance below the threshold. Closing-payment arrangements must be agreed and handled administratively. Accounting, confidentiality and obligations concerning previously published content survive where applicable.
10. Personal data and confidentiality
DEPARKATRE processes data necessary to assess applications, operate the programme, prevent abuse and comply with accounting obligations. Visitor tracking relies on consent where required; contractual administration, legal obligations and security have their respective legal bases. Recipients are authorised staff and necessary service providers, including hosting, email and banking providers, limited to their functions. Provider details, any international transfers and safeguards must be completed in the privacy policy before activation.
Clicks are retained for the currently configured 90 days; financial records are kept in line with applicable obligations, with a configured accounting-retention period of 10 years. The attribution cookie lasts no longer than 30 days. Application records and unnecessary data must be reviewed and deleted or anonymised once no longer justified, without erasing accounting obligations. Bank details are protected and must not be sent by email.
Affiliates see only their own statistics and pseudonymised order references, never buyer names, email addresses or postal addresses. To exercise applicable access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability rights, contact deparkatre@ikmail.com; legal retention obligations may limit erasure. Complaints may be made to the CNIL or the competent authority. Further details are in the website privacy policy.
11. Liability, changes and disputes
Deparkatre does not guarantee visits, conversions, sales or uninterrupted availability. Nothing excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Attributed sales statistics do not prove genuinely incremental sales.
Material changes must be notified with their effective date and, where necessary, require renewed acceptance; historical entitlements are not removed retroactively. In case of disagreement, contact Deparkatre first to seek an amicable solution. French law applies subject to mandatory rules and applicable protections; no exclusive jurisdiction is imposed where unlawful. Any legally required mediation scheme must be specified before final publication.
The French version is the reference text; this English translation assists understanding and does not reduce applicable mandatory protections.
Deparkatre is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with the LEGO Group. LEGO is a trademark of its owner.
